CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA Batería De Contadores De PPR:
- Tubo PPR PN20
- Codo PPR 90º
- Te PPR 90º
- Portabrida diametro 20.
- Portabrida alimentación PPR.
- Bridas de alimentación a viviendas, de acero al carbono ST42 zincado.
- Brida alimentación batería DIN 2576-1092-4-2002
- Soldadura por polifusión.
- Ensayo de estanqueidad: 25 bares durante 15 minutos.
CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL POLIPROPILENO:
- Ausencia de corrosión. Los tubos de PPR resisten cualquier dureza del agua e incluso sustancias quimicas con PH entre 1 y 14.
- Ausencia de incrustaciones al ser las pareces internas perfectamente lisas.
- YOKANDOsión térmica y condensación limitada. El PPR es mal conductor del calor y por tanto, buen aislante térmico.
- Resistente al hielo debido a su capacidad elástica.
- Resistencia a la electrólisis. Al ser mal conductor eléctrico, no se le producirán perforaciones en tubos y racores.
- Poca perdida de carga al tener pareces lisas y sin incrustaciones.
- Instalaciones poco ruidosas. La elasticidad y fonoabsorvencia del PPR evitan la propagación del ruido y vibraciones debidas al paso del agua y a los golpes de ariete.
- Duración de 50 años aproximadamente.
- Resistente a la abrasión, admite altas velocidades del agua sin problemas de erosión.
- No tóxico. Cumple las normas higienico-sanitarias en la Unión Europea.
