CHARACTERISTICS OF The Smart Next PH 12 G Cl2 / H ASTRALPOOL Saline Electrolysis System:

Various models available depending on the production of grams per hour and the recommended cubic meters:

Smart Next pH 7 g Cl2 / h. Recommended for pools up to 30 M³.

Smart Next pH 12 g Cl2 / h. Recommended for pools up to 60 M³.

Smart Next pH 21 g Cl2 / h. Recommended for pools of up to 100 M³.

Smart Next pH 30 g Cl2 / h. Recommended for pools up to 140 M³.

Smart Next pH 40 g Cl2 / h. Recommended for pools up to 180 M³.

Once your Salt Electrolysis system is installed, it is necessary to dissolve a quantity of salt in the water. This saline water circulates through the electrolysis cell located in the treatment plant. The Salt Electrolysis system consists of two elements: an electrolysis cell and a power supply. The electrolysis cell contains a certain number of titanium plates ( electrodes), so that when an electric current is circulated through them and the saline solution passes through them, free chlorine is produced. In addition, the electrode set has a temperature probe to measure the water temperature.

Maintaining a certain level of chlorine in the pool water will guarantee its sanitary quality. The Salt Electrolysis system will manufacture chlorine when the pool recirculation system (pump and filter) are in operation.

The power supply has several safety devices, which are activated in case of abnormal system operation, as well as a control microcontroller. It also indicates the approximate concentration of salt in the water.

Salt Electrolysis systems have an automatic electrode cleaning system that prevents the formation of scale in them. In addition, MOD series systems. XX-PH incorporate an automatic pH controller.

Pump-Stop

The controllers have a security system (PUMP-STOP FUNCTION) that acts on the control output, allowing the following situations to be avoided:

- Damage to the pump when operating in a vacuum (exhausted product).

- Product over-dosage (damaged or exhausted sensor).

- pH regulation problems due to high alkalinity in the water (pool fill, high carbonate levels).

The Pump-Stop alarm will go off if, despite the pump dosing for the programmed time (1 ... 120min), the measurement has not been able to reach the setpoint. The Pump-Stop alarm will turn off all outputs. In the case of a regulator connected to electrolysis equipment, this function must remain disabled (OFF).
